ACQUITY UPLC 顆粒技術
UPLC®顆粒*不同于常規HPLC 填料顆粒,它需要經過UPLC測試和認證并且能夠耐受UPLC操作壓力(如 15000 psi/1000 bar)。為什么顆粒的耐壓性能如此重要? 為了實現亞2 µm顆粒的高柱效,需要使用更高的線速度(即更高流速),這種情況下會產生更高的操作壓力。沃特世公司已經推出了兩種高效耐壓的UPLC 顆粒:
1.7 µm亞乙基橋雜化(BEH)顆粒
1.8 µm高強度硅膠(HSS)顆粒
首先推出的是1.7 µm ACQUITY UPLC® BEH 顆粒。它采用第二代雜化顆粒技術,是UPLC 技術背后的核心之一,包括五種色譜柱化學品:

由于它是雜化顆粒,更寬的pH 值適用范圍(pH 1-12) 使得方法開發快速簡便。BEH顆粒也有HPLC 顆粒尺寸(2.5, 3.5, 5 和 10 µm),用在XBridge™ 系列HPLC色譜柱上,這樣可以達到從HPLC 到UPLC分離方法無縫轉換。

T3 C18
為保留和分離極性有機化合物而設計,低鍵合密度反相C18 柱,100%純水相流動相兼容,與Atlantis® T3 HPLC高效液相色譜柱類似。 的ACQUITY UPLC 鍵合相,ACQUITY UPLC HSS C18 色譜柱為堿性化合物的分離提供的峰形,與ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 色譜柱相比,有教強的保留,并且在低pH值具有相當長的色譜柱壽命。
